Anyone in the Nashville Public Library Service Area can sign up for a library card.

If you are under age 13 and not an MNPS student, please fill out the guarantor information at the end of the form.

Library cards are free for all residents of Davidson County. Out of county residents in our service area are eligible for a limited access (physical material only) card or may pay an annual fee for full access.

After completing this form, an account will be created for you. You must visit any NPL location with your photo ID and proof of current address to receive your library card.
